2. Prices of the Products

4. Order Acceptance and Payment
4.1. A binding contact is formed only when you receive a confirmation by us that your order has been accepted and we have your credit/debit card charged. For our Money Back Guarantee, please refer to the Money Back Policy section.

4.4. Claudia Fallah reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its own discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be suspicious or where the details you provided do not match the security details held by the card issuer for that card.
4.5. We reserve the right to charge and fulfill partial orders per individual items in cases where the order consists of multiple items.
4.6. Claudia Fallah may at its sole discretion cancel your order in which case we shall return any money received from you, within 30 days of receipt of such money to your nominated account and Claudia Fallah shall be entitled to deduct an administration fee of £20.
4.7. In the unlikely event of change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered, we will offer you a substitute of the same or better quality for the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement, feel free to contact us to discuss a new one.
5. Shipping & Delivery of Goods
5.1. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Services. All packages that are sent require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect it from a local post office.
5.2. We quote 3-7 working days delivery time from the receipt of the payment, usually we do in 3. If an item is out of stock at the time of the order and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 14 working days, we will contact you to agree new delivery date.
5.3. Please note that if the shipping address differs from the billing one, we may contact you to ask for further documentation and/or proof of ID and the order might take a little bit longer to deliver.

6. Money Back Policy
6.1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
At Claudia Fallah we strive to ensure all goods reach our customers in excellent condition. If at any time it happens that you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7486 9611, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT during the normal working days.
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the purchase in their original package. We recommend the goods to be sent through special delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover.
The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Returned goods will only be credited, repaired or replaced if the damage has occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. Claudia Fallah cannot guarantee refunds or replacements of goods damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way. Refunds, repairs and/or replacements are made at Claudia Fallah own discretion.
Please note that any goods received, as gifts during promotions Claudia Fallah is running must be sent back to us along with the goods that are being returned in case you are applying for a refund. If you do not send them back, Claudia Fallah reserves the right to charge you for them as well for P&P if applicable.
Refunds and replacements are arranged within 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods.
According to EU Distance Selling Directive part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer has the right to cancel any agreement within 7 days and get a full refund. The only exception is 'customized' goods. Claudia Fallah considers as 'customised' goods any special orders placed - As such, orders of these products cannot be cancelled under the regulation
If you'd like to return any goods purchased from Claudia Fallah, please use the Return System in order to require a return code and to receive instructions. When you receive your return code, this means that the return has been authorized. Please note that we accept only authorized returns and the good must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and original package within 7 days after the authorization, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Any postage and handling charges incurred in connection to returns that do not conform to our Terms and Conditions would be to account of sender.

6.3 Laser Lipo treatments
Any cancelation in respect of treatments at the salon which are not received more than 24 hours in advance of booked time shall be payable in full.
Important If a session is missed without cancellation that session is forfiet and all future sessions will be removed from the diary with out notice! the remaining session/s can then be re booked.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of treatment time will envoke a £5.00 rebooking fee.
